30 extra frames and faster loadingI agree with your premise (I’m not buying this shyt) but they did more than ad 30 extra frames breh lol.
30 extra frames and faster loading
u need a magnifying glass to see those visual improvementsthey actually added 90 frames.
there’s 3 modes now
30,60, and 120 (4k, 1440p, 1080p)
Dual sense implementation(haptic fees back, adaptive triggers)
1-3 second loading vs 30-40 seconds
visual updates such as:
- Better LOD
- Better motion blur
- Less noisy shadows
- Clearer textures
- improved shading for some objects
- improved contrast
- better water reflections
plus they threw in both games no matter what game you upgrade from.
so yea, little more than 30 frames.
I agree it should have been freeu need a magnifying glass to see those visual improvements
I'm playing it now
its worth the upgrade for the faster loading but this coulda just been free to be honest
You don't have to do that though? I chose Digital as my upgrade option and the disc isn't necessary to play itI would cop because I never played the lost legacy but...
No multiplayer
Gotta insert the disc every time I want to play
Naw Im good b
So if you got 4 when it was free on Plus, you have to buy a physical copy of the PS4 version and spend $10 extra to upgrade or buy the PS5 version outright because standalone 4 is gone from the storeCan I upgrade Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection if I only own Uncharted 4 through PS+?
Here's the quick answer: no.
Sony was gracious enough to give PlayStation Plus subscribers a free copy of Uncharted 4: A Thief's End back in April of 2020. Current PS5 owners with a PS+ subscription also have access to the PS Plus Collection, two-dozen games that are free to download. One of these titles includes A Thief's End, alongside inFAMOUS Second Son, God of War and other stellar games. The full list can be found here.
Unfortunately, by owning Uncharted 4 via PS Plus does not net you the ability to upgrade to the PS5 version for $10. You'll need to go out and either buy a physical or digital copy.
