Since this comment will get lost amidst you furios Stan posts anyway I'll take this moment to say this crap has been hilarious. The game is fantastic and the sliding complaints from me are exaggerated for fun. All the things UC4 has going for it and were talking about the 45 seconds of sliding as if it breaks the game. :laff:
Son, I'm reading this shyt here dying like "This nikka really complaining about a fukking slide."

I couldn't tell what was real or fake. Then somebody else said why this nikka not wearing gloves?? 3/10

Straight comedy. We gotta cool it a bit now. People want to get back to having a serious discussion about the game. Ima slide away for a bit but I'll sideways slide back up into this thread uphill later with some more serious impressions about the game. I've logged more hours into this thread than the actual game.

Someone on Gaf said they played Hideo Kojima online

He stayed in the lobby for a good 3/4 rounds. If that was legitimately him I'm proud to say I got some of those kills lol!

I don't think anyone found him online in other games though:sas2:

So i beat this over the weekend really enjoyed it, I think it's my favorite uncharted, the writing/dialog is great like reminded me of convos I have with my wife, story was probably the best of a uncharted game as well. The graphics are otherwordly like how many times did I feel the urge to take pics :smh: the game is also just really fun. Vehicle parts were very good, has the best puzzles of the uncharted series. That being said I do have some complaints
The combat, I played on regular difficulty and people kept telling me I was playing uncharted wrong and that I needed to move around more to play it correctly, having played the beta I knew some of the crazy things you could do but when i tried to do those things in the actual game I get killed super quick :dahell: nate can't take bullets but all these random scrubs have mad bullet proof jackets, you can't even fight a dude straight up without some mook blasting you, I mean you don't really have that many options shoot, melee, grenade but shooting takes forever to kill someone, melee takes forever, grenades are scarce so what options do I have? So I creep yeah.... so I ended up stealthing most of the big encountered until I was forced to at the end. people have said aim felt floaty, I'm not sure what exactly it is truth be told because playing multi is fine and really fun but..... on single player maybe it's because there are 20 dudes at every battle or something but it's definitely off. Also stealth was good but really could have used something to distract baddies.
I do think the game was a little overlong, I didn't mind scotland playing through it but yeah it should have been truncated.
I still don't think the train level has been topped imo.
Butt sliding was fine

I'm starting to play multi now, pretty fun I tried to play with @D1renegade but that chump started without me and it seems impossible to party up with people.
I'm decent at multiplayer but Im not sure how much time I'll spend with it probably until I leave scrub zone.

Then lets go there.

Controls are more polished?? :mjlol: You can't even throw grenades while aiming in MGSV. You can't climb things EXCEPT for the cracks on the mountain walls. Driving the jeep is smoother in UC4 and looks realer. :wow: Aiming looks WAY better in UC4, the way Drake pulls the gun holster around his neck to switch weapons :wow: Let's just drop the animations argument because it's not even fair. :wow:

In terms of gameplay mechanics.. UC4 shytting on MGSV, you just comparing tools and gadgets. Drop the obvious tools and stuff that only exist in that universe, there's way more shyt that can happen in UC4 that MGSV can't do. Let's be real, y'all nikkas gassing up MGSV because it gave you the illusion of mad shyt going on. When combat gets going in UC4, it's way more dynamic and crazy. dynamic melee and buddy takedowns>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>same old three hit slam/takedown move in MGSV.
Okay i thought this was serious but this is obviously just trolling :smh: at y'all actually engaging in this buffoonery
Dude really taking about how great the animations are and saying that uncharted 4.... is better than MGSV on gameplay alone :dahell: :mjlol: can't be serious, I never even beat MGSV because I hated all the grinding and fultoning and it was like the only way to get phat loot but it was just too much I'm trying to kill some folks or knock some folks out or something and the whole game took place in two areas but yeah from a mechanics standpoint game was on point, being able to throw a bottle alone opens things up then you include porno mags, boxes, flying fist, driving cars filled with smoke, rockets, walkers the options are endless

The game is supposed to be fast paced.
Adding in bottles, rocks, claps and distractions is opening a can of worms. What's next?? Holding an enemy up? Human shield? Mines? dragging bodies?? I think the choice to limit that was purposeful as they had those in TLOU and they made this afterwards so it's not like they "forgot" about it. The options exist in moving around and playing in the level. The scotland graveyard fight for example is filled to the brim with ways to move around and traverse. lots of climbable surfaces, cliffs, and stuff.

The most you can do to distract enemies is throw grenades from afar. They won't see you but they'll move around and be in alert mode if you want to change up their movement.

Well then they should have made less death arenas and had more enemies come streaming in, as it is now the options are shoot out with 20 dudes who kill you super quick or stealth with minimal options.
I stealthed most of the battles just because it was easier to do than try to fight off 20 dudes who were all bulletproof
