Of course not. But if you want to actually accomplish something like opening a boarding school, having a visible board with visible plans is literally step 1. If this was in any type of advanced stage, why hasn’t anyone come out saying they’ve either been on the board or have seen the plans. And you pretty much need a board for a 501c3.
