In the places he said he was looking (Detroit, Georgia) i know for a fact closed up schools with acres of land are going for $200k, maybe even slightly less. It would take a lot of work to get them up to code, but he could’ve easily got the property or the land.
But as far as getting it up and running, you’re absolutey right it would’ve been impossible just on the money he raised. That’s why I never believed he was going full throttle on it because there was no board or official non-profit. The majority of school money comes from grants and aid and he didn’t seem to look for any of that

Yes we do need a leader to some extent, I do agree that we need to be self sufficient and dependent on a leader but even the whites have a leader. Everyone can't be in charge and we need some people who will speak for us and represent us but at the same time their should be a infrastructure put in place that holds them accountable and a code of laws that people in the movement have to follow. If not they go beyond a group of their peers who are unbiased and they say who stays and who goes.
