Look at how defensive some of the people in here got over simple statements about the problems a major city faces in comparison to another major city

I would expect that people who have gotten on a plane and seen other parts of the world wouldn't have a response like that

It's an old city where some houses are older than America. They do have several nice direct airport connections to central London whereas NYC has 0. But otherwise I would say NYC has better infastructure.

the jfk airtrain don't count?

If you think some Dubai princes buying multiple homes in LA and NYC disproves anything, you're misguided.
Breh... you think im trying to say the housing market is being inflated by Dubai princes?

Do you own any property in the 800k+ range?

Have you worked with any investment/development firms?

I'm speaking from firsthand experience on whats actually going on. The fukk do Dubai princes have to do with the societal issue that I'm speaking on?

It really doesn't. Plus london transport system >>>>>>>>> nyc transport system

The london underground washes nyc by itself

Yea, this shouldn't even be debated. The Underground is hands down one of the best I've personally taken in the world.

NYC's Metro is the best in the US in terms of scale and connectivity, DC's Metro is also up there as well.

The underground is clean, easy to navigate, and connects very very well with the Bus system.

Here's what I say with regards to the US and the UK.

In the UK it's easier to get on, but harder to really move up. Whereas in the US it's harder to get on but when you do get on, you can get it big.

Hate to say but that British breh is right. :francis:

London Underground is significantly cleaner and more efficient than the NY subway. And the museum comparison is just depressing.

NY subway system has been in-operation since 1904. Consolidated in 1940. London's entire subway system was rebuilt after WW2.

Its true. Every time I go to NYC, I have to leave after a few days. As in, I start missing my clean, quiet and comfortable town.

The wealthy parts of NYC are beautiful but, the poor parts look downright third world. It makes you wonder why anyone would live there if they weren't rich or very stable financially.
