Just look at this forum. This is a American Forum. 99% of the things we talk about have to do with America but yet for some reason we have UK people on this forum. Why?

If things were switched round and this was a UK forum and 99% of the thing talked about were about the UK and UK culture would us Americans be on this forum? Hell naw! I know I wouldn’t be on here. No offense to the UK members but I don’t give two fukks about anything that’s going on in the UK.

Even with all the problems that America has… America is still the 1# place that the majority of people on this planet wish that they could come to and live.

For the same reason @phcitywarrior mentioned, it’s easier to get put on but harder to move up becauses taxes alone Eat all your money but their taxes go a long way towards social programs compared to here. It’s a doubled edged sword

In America, raising black kids is scary right from Kindergarten. They're unfairly targeted and labeled by teachers.

Interactions with cops can turn deadly due to cops being armed and trigger happy.

There's also a larger African community in the UK per capita. So they won't feel as "foreign" as in America.

I think the public education right up to 12 grade is also superior.

What are you even talking about? You've said nothing about "infrastructure" so far:

NY subway system has been in-operation since 1904. Consolidated in 1940. London's entire subway system was rebuilt after WW2.​

And the NYC system was 'completed' in 1940. Never suffered wartime damage, and hasn't been renovated nearly to the extent the London system has. You're basically comparing a 100-year old house with a couple recent additions to a 150-year old house that suffered extensive damage and was refurbished 80 years ago.​

My point is the whole subway system wasn't rebuilt after WW2. A couple stations damaged doesn't change that.
