Alright so the DEXA results are in!! I just want to say I appreciate all the love and advice I got from y'all. I honestly expected more trolling but it's really a testament to the users here, Y'all goofy but real as fukk and I appreciate that.

I was bit off on my estimation but the weight is slightly incorrect(water weight)
Given my current stats 10% bodyfat Would put me at 155-160,
a 30 pound weightloss.
180 days till the end of the year
6 lbs per month.
Cutting at 1400 calories a day( If I don't exercise)
I'm going to be upfront and say that I'm hesitant to hit 10% because I don't want to look like taylor swift. I'd like to be in between 11-15 then start bulking some so I'm not a twig.
but I also wanna see how defined my face can get if I hit 10%. I will look into IF because it seems to be the most logical way to hit 1400 cals a day while not falling victim to ravenous hunger.
I will either be joining a crossfit gym or continuing my current regiment of 5/3/1 beginners. If anyone has any other recommendations please lmk.
