The thing I noticed is bolded...How in the hell are you damn 23% body fat it's not even possible unless you don't have a single ounce of muscle which isn't even possible. Where did you get that measurement from.

2 days ago I made a wager with @LordOfTheTalentedAndLazy, That instead of complaining about my lot in life I will put forth tremendous effort to transform my looks and life in the next 6 months. I hope this will serve as motivation to the posters here that believe their looks are cemented and they cannot improve themselves.
The current bet is $200 to your charity of choice, That I will lose weight and increase my looks 2-3 percentage points from my starting point.
I have booked my DEXASCAN for this Friday June 28th. I will post the results and we can accurately determine if its possible for me to reach 10% body fat in 6 months time.
My current estimated stats are
Age: 27
Weight: 185
Height : 5'9
Bodyfat: 23%
In a perfect world losing about 27 pounds of pure fat would put me at 10% BF. Which starting today is about a pound a week. Highly plausible if my BF is correct, I will post 1 shirtless pic to get an estimate from the posters here.
I will also be posting 5 everday pictures of myself to get an accurate assesment of my looks on a scale of 5-10(i'm not below a 5) from the posters here. If you do rate me please give me a decent reason and don't just troll, I'm seriously trying to help others here as well as myself.

I will update the thread weekly with my weight, If I miss a week I will add another 50 to the pot. This is also for my own accountability. This is something I've been wanting to do for a while now but I never really had a fire under my ass, I lost over 50 pounds the past 2 years but got comfortable. I am not a mediocre person and I refuse to live the remainder of life and 20's being so fukking average.
If anyone has any comments or ideas to make the challenge better please post. Also if you have any insight on how I can upgrade my style please let me know in the thread.

Will def be following your progress man. Sounds like you already got experience in this considering you already dropped 50, but I'll just give one quick suggestion: Intermittent fasting is the shyt, and it really works. It worked (and still works) for me and friends of mine too, might wanna check it out if you're not on it already.

How did you lose the 50 lbs OP? I might join this challenge with you. I've been in the gym got a little out of shape last year after moving cross country. Threw my routine off.
