This is the shyt I love to see on the Coli :wow: Good luck on your path OP. You can join HandsomeGang if you put your mind to it :salute:

As for a tip, exfoliating and moisturizing your face. You exfoliate twice a week with black soap and moisturize every day (waking up and going to sleep) with shea butter or coconut oil. It made my skin go to the next level and gave me the glow (as well as sleeping well, drinking a lot of water and having a good diet)

Will def be following your progress man. Sounds like you already got experience in this considering you already dropped 50, but I'll just give one quick suggestion: Intermittent fasting is the shyt, and it really works. It worked (and still works) for me and friends of mine too, might wanna check it out if you're not on it already.

Otherwise good luck bro, a good plan and some consistency and you'll be good in no time

Do you do the one where you don’t eat for like 6 hours after you wake up?

Might try that becuase I have been tryna lose weight for like 2 years.

OP about the DEXA scan thing, I don’t even know if that’s necessary because even though it’s more accurate most people don’t use DEXA to determine their body fat.

So for example with abs, most people usually gotta be 12% or lower to see them. But when people say 12% they’re not talking about DEXA measurements, they’re talking about caliper or some other method which may be less accurate than DEXA.

I did something similar and it said I was 19%. But other measurements put me between 12-15% and I can see my abs.

What's good for teeth whitening?

In my experience the shorter the eating window the better the results. I generally keep it to an 8 hour window. Time of day doesn’t matter, what matters is that you have 16 straight hours of no eating.

And when I’ve cut it down to a 4 hour window or in some cases just one big meal a day I’ve seen big results. It’s a little harder to get all the calories you need in one meal tho if you’re eating healthy while foods so I don’t do that as much anymore, but it definitely worked really well when I tried it.

Black soap foams a lot so you don't need much at all. Cut off a lil rock the size of half your finger nail, wet it and it should be more than enough to clean your whole face. Even less than that can be enough. Be careful tho because bacteria can prolifer easily on soap so keep it in a box where air can't get in. Exfoliating (and moisturizing) should always be done gently and not too aggressively. Also exfoliating dries up your face (even if it is lessened cuz there's some oils and butters in black soap) so you have to moisturize your face just after exfoliating every time.
It's advised to exfoliate once or twice a week before going to sleep.

As for moisturizing, shea butter is excellent for that so you don't need tons of it like other lotions.

Thnx. Yeah I noticed that the shea butter is creamy an soft. A little goes a long way surprisingly. Especially that du du soap. I'm used to getting va good lather with usual soap but this black soap just needs 1 good cycle
