Strickland never over extended, cut off the ring while applying a lot of pressure.

Costa and Whittaker over extended though. Strickland was never gonna do that. I expected Izzy to have a plan for him, you can't try to box against a shell like from the distances Izzy uses as he'll just fukking roll with everything. Eventually you will have to engage to test his reflexs because while that shyt is a good defense, it is almost entirely predicated on Chin/reflexes. I'm surprised he look so lost, like they spar boxers right? I've sparred MMA cats and they are always so awkward, so i'm not shocked but izzy is the 0.0001% I expected better. I'm just dissapointed I fukks with izzy as a fighter

The knockdown at the end of the first changed the complexion of the fight, without that boost in confidence I don't see Sean being so bold. Though it's a catch 22 because that flurry woke Izzy up; this was going to be 3-2 Israel decision if it was a clean fight. Izzy going forward might need to humble himself and incorporate some wrestling because his chin is suspect at his age.

Boxers and wrestlers wreck shyt in UFC but nikkas priorities haven't adjusted to reflect that
