The way Nunes went out. fast tapping to a no hooks rear naked choke, is the definition of getting broken and looking for a way out. What's crazy is how fast it happened and that Pena wasn't doing anything particularly special. It's like Nunes ate a few jabs, realized her telegraphed overhands werent landing, got tired and then was like 'I'm outta here'.

On one hand she quit but on the other hand she could’ve got more hurt especially when it was like that dream when no matter what you do some how you still getting wa za zupped.

She lives to fight another day but she could’ve won if she blocked the punches

actually dustin was clearly the stronger man with more power, but Charles is like nate. iron chin, but slick bjj and good cardio. the ufc just dont promote him that way, but hes technically a more technical slicker more refined diaz brother. did you see those kicks to dustins solarplex? dude was eating them and just melting him down slowly, and as soon as he knew he could do whatever on the ground, he went there and schooled him.
Nah Charles is like Tony Ferguson and korean zombie
Nate never gets rocked like that in his fights and dropped
But Charles like prime t ferg

Hopefully the MMA respects Charles now.

Won $500 on him on a $500 bet. Won another $170 on a $10 bet to win un the 3rd.

Amanda fukked me on a parlay. $10 would have Won me $1400+.

Damn, so many folks were assuming DP was the uncrowned champ and Oliveira ran threw him after round 1. I think those knees and front kicks to the body took alot out of DP.
Charles is so much better than people realize. Even after this win tonight. From what I've heard through some mutual BJJ folks that have rolled with him, he completely changed his mentality after losing the Paul Felder fight. He had a deep darce choke, marce choke, and standing rear naked choke on Felder, didn't finish Felder, and mentally crumbled before getting TKO'd. He's worked on his mindset so much and sports psychology since then. That combined with coming more into his physical prime and really improving his wrestling and striking...yeah, he's on another level right now. He's also been competing in pure BJJ tournaments the past couple years in Brazil.

People always paid attention to his submissions and overlooked his reactive takedowns. He's also only got 3 losses at 155, and most of his losses were at 145 after being gassed from a difficult weight cut there.

I think his resume is slept on (I think it'll be more appreciated in time) and he's still better than his resume indicates. He's not a 2nd rate champ by any means. I'd have really liked to see Khabib fight this Charles 2.0 right here. Charles 2.0 is like a refined Tony Ferguson with better wrestling.
