That was a pretty clear 3-2 or even 4-1 Stipe. The only rounds you could argue for DC are by razor thin margins, while the rounds Stipe won he was way ahead on volume and damage. If Cormier showed up in better shape he coulda maybe stole that even with only 1 working eye, but he was low-key gassed from the 3rd on and spent too much time flattened against the fence for the 2nd half of the fight. Still better than basically any UFC heavyweight title fight but man. If Cormier could commit to a diet he could still be a 3 division world champ; nobody is stuffing or getting up from his takedowns at the weight he SHOULD have always been fighting at for his height and reach, which is 185. :francis:
yea he should have fought at middleweight:wow: imagine a 3 division black UFC champ Dana would be:damn:

Maybe another year off made Stipe look less hungry, he had a much different demeanor. Francis probably makes it quick.

DC said fukk it imo
I think he already checked out
He abandoned wrestling AGAIN didn't use footwork
His energy felt different:dame::whoa:
I think he's already im coach/ commentator mode
He didn't abandon it - it just takes too much energy. He can't wrestle for 5 rounds because he gets gassed off of 2 takedowns.

He's an elite athlete so he knows how to turn it on when it's time for camp. But he's working a lot of jobs, eating good and enjoying life outside of fighting, and rightfully so. But flipping that switch after being in coach and commentator mode is looking more difficult. At 41 and with his third and long-term more lucrative career already laid out for him, definitely time to hang it up.

lmao this guy has no clue what he's talking about

Its a nerve that got struck when he landed the calve kick and shuts down everything like when you get hit in the pressure point on the jaw

Mighty Mouse did the same thing to Henry Cejudo and he couldn't stand on his foot and wobbled around in the first fight it happened in some other fights too

O Malley is just a hype job, he can't fight through pain, he's not injured, he just got his ass whooped
