When I was watching it live, I was worried that Usman would get screwed because even though he landed counters, and the more harder shots, Colby's activity and heavy volume strikes was gonna be the deciding factor in the judges eyes.
I mean some of his punches had some pop in em but they barely did any damage to Usman. ..he didn't have the power.
They were literally gonna give Colby the fight especially if he didn't get knocked down/TKO'd during the 5th.
Thank God Usman finished him before it went to the score cards and fukk the crowd for booing a classy champion and cheering for that entitled fukkboy that ran out the cage to save embarrassment instead of congratulating and giving up respect to his opponent.
I hope Usman takes on Masivdal next...that would be a dope fight and I hope Colby doesn't get him because his ass don't deserve it.

shoulda pulled the curtain back on all the gimmick and schtick for a minute and given a “gosh you guys, I gave it my all out there” speech, he could’ve “won in defeat” as they say
woulda made more sense than blaming the ref for saving him since he was the one that got dropped and was about to get put unconscious. Marc Goddard just did his job
