What happened to Lawler's jab and feints? dude seemed like he was shook of Woodley's power, he was backing up for a good bit of that first round.

He didn't though. Woodley was the aggressor from the start, Lawler should've been pressing the action. He knocked him out because he feinted, Lawler bit and got caught.
They way Lawler fights, the first two round were cancer for him against someone with KO power like Woodley. The best he could have done is delay and wait for Woodley's gas tank to give out like it always does. From then on the KO would still be lingering but Lawler's pace could have coasted him to a decision. No big deal really, knowing Lawler's hunger, he will be back and he will most likely hold the belt again.

I thought before this fight Woodley was a tougher fight for Wonderboy than Lalwer because of his athleticism, speed, and explosiveness(plus power, but both Lawler and Woodley have that). I think Wonderboy feels the same because he's been saying he would rather fight Lawler.

Wonderboy is easily the better striker and has great striking defence. Woodley's biggest advantage is the grappling, but I don't see him taking Thompson down consistently. Woodley's best bet is an early KO imo I see Wonderboy putting on a striking clinic.

Like I said he was way too patient. He should've definitely been wary of Tyron's power, but not so much he that didn't attack.

I see Wonderboy doing exactly what Robbie did and hanging back being too patient. Woodley can knock him out just as easily as he did Robbie if he doesn't come out attacking.

I don't disagree, I would pick Wonderboy all day, just saying where I see the advantages for Woodley over Lawler in a potential matchup.

Wonderboy really is a beast, to be fair.
Not really...He was beat by Matt Brown and the Rory fight did not impress me...

The few shots that Rory landed rocked him...If he catches one of Woodley's bombs, he is getting tuck in for the night...

He is going to do that "fencing" thing and try to win by points...Get in with a punch, and then quickly move out...Defend the take down, and game plan for a judges' decision...
