:dwillhuh:

He's a journalist/reporter. One of their main jobs is to break stories. He has sources, it wasn't the UFC telling him.
I get it...

But that story was not worth his access to the premier promotion...He could have let the UFC be the first to break the Lesnar story, and as a compromise, he breaks who Lesnar would be fighting...

"I am just doing my job" is not a good excuse for lack of judgement...

No...Let him fight Weidman...

Give Jacare or Romero a chance to keep the division moving forward...There should be a rule against rematches unless (1) It was a war like McDonald Vs Lawler (2) It is a long time champion who went to war (3) both...

A long time champ who gets KOed easily needs to fight his way back to the top...He needs to prove himself again...A one fight champ needs to do the same...

Rematches means only 2 people are fighting for the belt the entire year...Bullsh@t...

I agree. Plus they set a significant precedent with the Aldo fight. If Aldo didnt get a rematch Luke is gonna have a hard time making the arguement he deserves one.

He did nothing wrong.
He obviously did, because now he has no direct access to the UFC...He was probably told to sit on the story, and let the UFC break the news, but he did what he thought he had to do...Now the UFC is doung what they think they have to do...

And that's how it goes...You can't just think "It is one way," and "I am just doing my job" is going to protect you...

That's the truth though. He did his job, that's it. He didn't do anything wrong in this situation.

He's the best & most credible journalist in MMA. Banning him for doing his damn job is complete bullshyt.

Youre the same guy that thinks the press should only report what the government wants them to, aren't you?
