In terms of PPV draws. No. Somebody like Canelo is bigger than both Ronda and Conor globally though.

Look at something like Google Trends. Which gauges interest over time for a particular subject. Ronda and Conor are both ahead of Cotto and Canelo in terms of global interest. It's obviously not the perfect system to gauge popularity, but it gives you a pretty decent idea.

Meltzer is a pretty good source, considering his numbers are used by every major MMA media outlet. He estimated really low selling PPVs as well (Mighty Mouse's fights consistently doing less than 120k buys, Werdum/Hunt 180k, Dilashaw/Sotto 120k buys, etc.).
