That game is as good as dead.

They got like 6 assassin creed games announce for the next 3 years, its bad out there
I think they either showed or were going to show something at a show or whatever, can't even remember.

Koalabama and the Cosmos
The way they just left the Division to die is inexcusable :pacspit:

I enjoyed The Division but holy shyt Ubisoft can never capitalize worth a shyt:

  • The endgame was flawed and boring
  • The PVP zone was a cheaters haven
  • Game was buggy as hell
  • Lack of focus on adding content to a potential series
Ubi been in the mud and not coming out of that shyt.

Man just let MS buy them out, I need splinter cell and division games.

At this rate I'll never get either.

No man, MS or Sony...
MS comes to mind 1st because Splinter cell started on xbox

Naw fukk that, CMA/FTC ain’t letting sony or microsoft buy them, and thats a good thing.

They need to be Embraced or Eased. I also wouldn’t mind them use merging with THQ or EA

fukk all that, the funniest part of this story is "surprisingly slower sales."

Surprising to who?

They didn't release many games last year. Their big two releases were Mario and Rabbits, and Rainbox Six Extraction, which no one asked for. Their last Assassin's Creed release was two years ago, and I'm not sure the steady DLC releases for it have actually helped the game.

The Division is effectively in the bushes.

Ghost Recon last released in 2019. Approaching bushes status.

That Prince of Persia remake seems like it'll never see the light of day.

Somehow, it seems like they JUST started work on that Splinter Cell remake, despite people damn near begging for a new game for years.

Far Cry released in 2021.

What exactly were they expecting? They didn't have the release schedule for last year to be all that good for them.

They doubled their dev staff to make Rabbids 2 also. I’m not really sure what went wrong there, maybe they just tried to do too much for remains a relatively niche genre?

Theres a misconception that anything with Mario in it markets and sells itself and we know from the sports games and mario & luigi thats not the case. Probably won’t get another one after this.
