Well at least in my city.. Uber provided a lot of jobs to black folks because wasn't no cabs on the southside & westside (black parts)...
With that being said uber is alright for the moment :leostare:

An Uber spokesperson also told Fortune that “the decision to turn off surge pricing was made specifically to avoid profiting from increased demand during the protest.

I don't fukk with Uber or Lyft because I drive or take the train into the city but this shyt is downright ridiculous...

Millennial's don't investigate for themselves, they're all a bunch of hyper sensitive of the moment follow the leader social media sheep...

They're protesting Uber because they disabled surge pricing to avoid log jams at the airport during a protest? :what:

Uber drivers go where the money is...

Busy area + surge pricing = more money

If you ever been to JFK Airport you know what a mess that area can turn into and don't even get me started on Van Wyck traffic...Keeping surge pricing active in that area during the protest would of fukked everything up...Ain't nobody getting in or out of that airport and traffic would of been backed up both ways...
