The countries that are affected are full of black and brown people. What are you talking about? Where in that post does it say anything about Uber creating taxis? It doesn't. I talk about ridesharing. And yes Uber did created a large MARKET for it. A market is not the same thing as a product or sevice. That MARKET is built upon people using their vehicles to create a side income. Everyone knows this.
It is also known that Uber and Lyft would eventually move to automated cars. So it was NEVER meant to be a permanent market for its contractors. NEVER.

Uber provides limo/taxi/pooling car service. Not ridersharing

the term "ridesharing" corresponds to a driver picking up folks along a route that he was going anyway to save gas, money, car emission or just looking out

a passenger, using a network system to request a driver to pick them up, then take them to a destination of their choosing

To use the word "ridesharing" to discribe Uber/Lyft or any other similar car service is not only wrong, but such oversimplification provides a glimpse into your nonchalant attitude towards facts and context

How could Uber have plans for autnomous cars when Uber came out in '08/'09, before and during which DARPA competitions were occurring that had many of the autonomous cars not being able to finish the routes. "Everyone knows this" but you

The point was that when a policy is affecting mostly black Americans, like s nationwide stop and frisk, the same people up in arms over the Muslim ban will be giving all types of excuses to say why the policy is NEEDED.
