I'm not gonna believe anything the cop say until more evidence comes out surrounding this investigation. We've seen too many cases of police lies and coverups to believe anything they say at face value.

This story has too many holes in it to be credible. Firstly, why would Tyre King draw his gun at the police if he knew he had a BB gun? Why would he knowingly put himself in that position? Also, why couldn't the police take other counter measures like tazers, pepper spray etc to subdue him before going for their weapon? Why are they shooting to kill? Why didn't they shoot to subdue? More importantly, why are police shooting at a 13 yr old kid?! There isn't any justifiable reason for killing a child!


This society doesn't view black teens as just kids, they view them as adults and hence their life has no value. Our children don't get the benefit of the doubt to be teenagers and make mistakes, they have to be held to nearly perfect standards or else they suffer life altering consequences. Whites can shoot at cops, assaults cops, and walk away with their life in tact. Black kids are target practice for for trigger happy police.
