Sounds mighty similar to the Tamir Rice was "waving a gun" line we heard. I'm going to need ALOT of evidence before I even consider believing the police report.

I wouldn't be surprised if those cops planted a BB gun on this kid to validate their trigger happiness. RIP to the kid. The police force need to do a monthly psych evaluation on a lot of these officers.

Still, we've seen and heard so much misreporting that its wise to wait and see. Ol girl was said to be holed up in her apartment with the kid being held as if a hostage, turned out not true. Tamir Rice was waiving a gun, not true. In Louisiana, ol boy tried pulling a gun and it turned out one of the cops only yelled he has a gun after viewing the video. So whose to say what twist this story will take. Or what lie will be told "initially" to supress public outrage until the story becomes stale enough to no longer warrant attention. Or maybe he really did pull out a bb gun.
