i don't know anything about this ian kid but he's 19 and has music on soundcloud going back to 2018, according to wiki. does ian rap about drugs, the trap and killing people? if no then tyler is just wrong with his statement of ian mocking the culture. ian obviously has a passion for music if he's been doing it since 12-13 years old.

tyler came out on some goofy shyt and was freestyling with flex talking about butt sex with him in 2019 when he was in his late 20s and talks about being gay for some reason so who's really mocking who/what here. this was a weird stance and fight for tyler to take. i can see ian rubbing people the wrong way but so many other worse people infiltrated hip-hop and people let it slide.
