Yawn u stay tryna be on some pseudo-intellectual shyt

He compared him to future and Gucci who are street rappers

Stop the bullshyt and come correct
He's dumb considering Ian is a carti/opium/yeat clone. Why did he pick two of the most street rappers from Atlanta when ian doesn't sound like either of them?

Tyler cosplayed a white nikka for years!!!

Ya mans rapped about raping bytches and did gay freestyles

He disrespected rap more than Ian, nikkas was shytting on OF back in the day, I was a OF nikka so I can speak on it

Hes definitely worse than Drake, but you are spot on with this. I tried to warn them about this but they didnt listen. Hes worst than Drake but hes a product of Drake, along with guys like OF,Travis Scott,Xtennacion and various other weird nikkas who make colorless rap music.

So you think a black creator automatically makes a genre black? And that it can never devolve or become whitewashed to the point it can become white music?

This is exactly why so many of these black genres are so easy to take over:francis:

If you understood this was the case, you would not only protect the business but the sound/content.

Kanye is basically the hiphop antichrist looking back. People like Tyler helped promote the de-colorization of hiphop. Dont get me wrong, anybody can make hiphop music. But like i said before, hiphop didnt start out as a black genre,it became one. And in the same fashion it could also devolve into a artform that any race, anygroup, any background could easily perform AUTHENTICALLY. Even for all the ignorant things you may not like about rap. Some of that ignorance helped safeguard the culture. One of those safeguards was telling weirdo nikkas like Tyler and his crew to beat it:camby:

No pun intended:scust:

That whole Tyler interview was great I’m not even a fan of dude but he stood up for hip hop hopefully this sets a chain reaction or something comes from it because the game is in a really bad place. This isn’t the only bit worth taking about dude really went off.

Say what you want about the “blog era” rappers but they were the last of the Mohicans of dudes that really loved hip hop and brought originality.
Tyler always stood up for hiphop he was even one of the first dudes I remember talking about owning your own shyt and not listening to these white folks. Say what you want about him but he always had a head on his shoulders and you have to respect that as a grown adult

Tyler ain't no genius, cosplaying white and actually being bisexual is a cheat code in the industry
Lazy opinion imo. Media hated on Tyler quite a bit and his lyrics were constantly criticized even after he came out. He didn't become a critical darling until 2017 which coincided with him finally making consistently good music.

Dude is talented as fukk, on a level beyond most producers right now. And when he wants to rap he makes dope rap music.

Lazy opinion is that Tyler is some type of hip hop pioneer and connoisseur. Y'all get fooled so easily
