No it's not legal in UFC some back yard organizations may allow it same with soccer kicks.... (Kicks to the head when opponent is on the ground) not allowed in the current UFC or even 9 to 5 elbows which is the up and down elbow to the top of the head. Also no strikes to groin region or eye pokes. Everything else I haven't mentioned is pretty much legal. Oh and no headbutts in current UFC platform smaller organizations have their own set of rules but majority follow this I would say

One thing I will say is all those rumors of Belfort only getting a black belt from Carlson so young because he was his prize student appears to be ringing true.

The hate and disrespect he gets on here is pretty ridiculous. I'm not even really a fan of the guy, but I give him his just dues.

Naw he looked amateurish. Poor half guard and then rolling to his back. Wasn't making any attempt at posture, wrist control. Was trying to hit Weidman while he was trapped in full mount. No bucking out or trying to backdoor out. He was going to lose anyway no matter what with Weidman on top but he looked like a white belt. He reminded me of that Euro girl Julianna Pena fought in her return trying to strike from the bottom of full mount.

I haven't given him his dues. But that pic up there with mayweather is dope. He made very short work of belfort on the ground and that was impressive. I still say he gets through Rockhold and he's got my backing.

And he has said he wouldn't mind facing Jon jones in a super match down the line.

Agree to disagree. I think it's a mix of both Vitor looking kind of amateurish and Weidman being that good. More the latter than the former.

Weidman is so aggressive on the ground Vitor was done before he knew it. Compared to say Bones who is a little more methodical.

People seem to forget or not realize that the UFC's MW division right now is the best it's ever been. And it's a top 3 division in the UFC in terms of talent.
