Not sure even before he would've convinced a jury. But it was over once he walked over and executed the already incapacitated dad. If he had instead tried to render aid at that point instead of a final shot to the head, he might've had a loose argument for self defense.

The shooter kept his distance and was standing by the staircase the entire time. The other breh left the house, went back in to get a pair of scissors and then went in the shooter’s face.
Why did he get some scissors and what was he planning to do with them? Obviously the shooter needs to be locked up for a long time but the other breh was the one that brought that energy first.

First of all the dad left the apartment angry with scissors pointed at the other guy, didn’t get his family in the apartment safely before he confronted him. Just terrible. You bring something that can be used as a weapon and put it in a guys face and bad things happen. Damn shame.

A bit weird that posters in here are overlooking the laser that dude had on his handgun. His team is going to be asked about that as it definitely gives off the vibes that he came there with the intention of killing someone especially since he started the entire situation by kicking in their door.
