Frankly I wasn't ready for this reboot, I can't believe that he was able to get network funding for this and I mean that in the best way possible. The sound design on this ep was GOAT

episode 8 blew my tv and lounge into orbit and brought it all back in minutes..
this was like a self portrait homage to his own pieces of the puzzle of work..eraserhead, lost highway, Mull drive, inland empire, obviously twin peaks..
