So basically episode 17 was the end of the main storyline and episode 18 is

a completely different timeline caused by Dale going back and saving Laura

IThe Dale in episode 18 didnt really seem like the ' normal' Dale. He was still clearly a good guy but he has a no nonsense attitude and a lack of patience. The quirky easy going guy was completely gone.

Coop in ep 18 was using tics and traits from Coop, Mr. C, and Dougie all at the same time.

I love how almost every single episode ends with a band playing some music. Great idea

Atlanta’s season premiere last week and its Lynch influences in general got me digging this gem back up.

Mans said yeah, we know y’all been waiting all these years for this but you ain’t getting normal Cooper until the end.

Episode 8 is still some of the most fun I’ve had with a television episode. Tone felt like Lynch threw FWWM, Lost Highway, Mulholland Drive, & Inland Empire all in a bag, shook it up, and dumped all that goodness out.
