Watched the 1st episode of Motherland: Fort Salem. I liked the concept of the voice being a weapon for witches and some of the powers they use, but hope the character types and writing improves as the season goes on. Will continue watching for now.
as I said before the superpowers were like the craft service table on set, they were rarely used, instead they wanted to push the typical YA cliches you can find on freeform.
Halfway thru the second season, they pushing the same narratives that they already ran circles with in the first, they wasn't building into anything
