dude, garpax been at this for 15+ years now. still haven't landed a top tier free agent in their prime. and given the status of the front office and coaching, combined with the bulls abysmal record, who are u expecting to come here in the near future?

No I don't. I'm speaking as to why it's not going to happen in comparison to other organizations who were horribly ran for most of our lives who recently won over star player talent
