A company inquired about a job interview, it's basically a cutting edge tech firm. I went to the website and everyone is a cac male or female and 1 Asian chick. I'll pass on wasting my time and not getting hired 95% chance and/or being the token negro 5% chance.

He could have been, yeah. He gave himself a 1/20 chance if he went to the interview (which, realistically, isn't bad for a tech company) and he made it a 0 by not going.

They definitely discriminate in hiring but if you want to win, you have to play the game. It isn't fair, but it ain't the first time someone's gotta play with a handicap and it won't be the last
