A company inquired about a job interview, it's basically a cutting edge tech firm. I went to the website and everyone is a cac male or female and 1 Asian chick. I'll pass on wasting my time and not getting hired 95% chance and/or being the token negro 5% chance.

90-95% of the time where I've been in a situation where I was at a job interview where they only had another non-white person and I was the only black guy there i didnt get hired or a call back.

I dont like being in places where its overwhelmingly white anymore. Makes me uncomfortable and creeps me out. Even if it is a job. The same reason I dont even like leaving NYC to go out to other places in this country anymore. Too many fukking crackers breh. I dont like em. Last time I was in Pittsburgh I was legit just getting pissed off seeing white people everywhere I go there. Made me miss Brooklyn and made me happy to be back in New York City. White people in general are just hard for me to take in large doses like that anymore. Luckily being in NYC i just benefit from being in diverse places and spaces more than 50% of the time.
