I'm not religious first of all, secondly, cancer is an abnormal growth of cells that can happen to anyone at any given time.

AIDS is a disease passed on through choices you make such as sexual activity or drug usage. Only time people get aids by circumstances beyond their control is if, once again, their mother had it when giving birth to them, or someone fukks up and gives a person a blood transfusion with infected blood.
