Yeah, this is fake.

But I been sayin for years, you CAN'T make a Pac biopic. You'll never satisfy everyone, you'll never get someone to effectively portray him and capture all the intricate nuances of his character. Just leave that shyt alone altogether.

I think the best hip-hop can hope for is a trilogy bio flick on VH-1, similar to how they did that Temptations jawn. :yeshrug:

Watching this clip a second time I wonder what's the point of showing Pac recording "Hail Mary"? In the real biopic I don't think would show that. Kinda pointless.

I could see them showing him recording "Against all odds" and everyone in the studio being like  :whoa:

I think people get mad at "Notorious" cause clearly Puffy played with the truth in the movie like the whole Quad Studio, Biggie with a gun going to rescue Pac, even as a Big fan I rolled my eyes. Plus Pac fans were upset at how Mackie did as Pac which is valid, he wasn't a great Pac. But I thought they handled Biggie and Pac's relationship well and didn't focus on the negative. Your right about casting.

I think Gravy nailed Big. Derrek Luke was a good puff and Old girl that NaS said he wanted to bone did play a good Faith. Angela Bassett brought credibility to the cast. Lil Kim was right to be mad cause they didn't portray her character right to me, she wasn't just a jump off to Big. Again I did enjoy the movie but there were a couple moments where again I rolled my eyes. My biggest beef was they didn't show other artist like Wu, NaS etc from that era. I know it was a Biggie movie but they could of showed clips just acknowledge the history of other rappers who where there with Big. Can't believe "Notorious" was Hip Hop 1st official Bio-pic. "8 Mile and Get Rich" don't count since Em and 50 swear they were only "loosely" based even though we all know those were both Bio-Pics for both. Em and 50 just didn't want to be criticized for playing themselves when that's exactly what they did.

Lil Cease who was like Biggie best friend lol said she was a jumpoff to BIG and Faith was the main chick.

Biggie had a short life but hes lucky as he got to smash Lil Kim in her physical prime and Faith who bad as well! :krs:

Not bad for a man who was a heartrob never and black and ugly as ever :ehh:

The only people that didn't like Notorious were Pac stans who couldn't handle the truth...that Pac was the sole instigator in their beef and that he was totally in the wrong.

The problem with doing a Biggie or Pac movie is trying to fit everything in 2 hours. The East/West Beef alone could take up the 2 hour movie now you are trying to fit childhood, teenager and adult rap star into 2 hours? Tupac and Biggie's lives really can't be condensed like that but this is Hollywood. Clearly both movies will be cash grabs. I hope when the full trailer comes out it will be better but I was not impressed with that 1st trailer.
i can't remember how long Malcom X was but they did a good job fitting most/all of his life in so i don't think Biggie or Pac will be a problem, you just need the right director & the right screenwriter. you need a person that knows the right moments to put it, you don't need EVERYTHING

"Malcom X" is one of the greatest movies of all time. Spike and Denzel should of won Oscars. I think the Library of Congress recently added it to it's registry. SMH @ Hollywood acting like it wasn't GOAT status. As for the video I knew it was fake but then the thought came across my mind, "Oh snap what if it's not". Thank God for Pac's Legacy cause that trailer is a mess. If that company is trying to get money or people to support their company that trailer didn't do it.
