You damn Right I'm Mad. This is Tupac, a Hip Hop Icon and Legend. You have to make a good movie for him. Again I know it's just a teaser but come on that did not look good at all. "Notorious" Teaser at least the movie looked good:

And for the people that did hate on "Notorious" it made 50 Million Wordwide off a 20 Million budget and sold millions of DVD and BET said "Notorious" is the highest rated movie on their channel every time they play it. So even though I wasn't totally happy with the film, Diddy did his job making sure a new generation knows Biggie.

the real hiphop.
WTF, And people had the nerve to say "Notorious" wasn't good. At Least Notorious looked like it had a budget. That looked like an BET movie special. If this was real, I don't know about that. I'm going to research this.

What you sayin that shyt WAS good? :mindblown:

It was Decent. It wasn't terrible. There were some weak parts but Gravy nailed his performance and the movie had Angela Bassett one of the best actresses. so overall I give it about a C+. They were working with 20 Million Budget which is low for Hollywood standards. Again to me as a Biggie fan I think the film did it's job, a whole new generation was put on to Biggie from that movie. Mackie's Pac wasn't that great true but overall it was decent. The point is "Notorious" looked like they spent some money on it. This Tupac trailer did not.

The problem with doing a Biggie or Pac movie is trying to fit everything in 2 hours. The East/West Beef alone could take up the 2 hour movie now you are trying to fit childhood, teenager and adult rap star into 2 hours? Tupac and Biggie's lives really can't be condensed like that but this is Hollywood. Clearly both movies will be cash grabs. I hope when the full trailer comes out it will be better but I was not impressed with that 1st trailer.

They should make Tupacs biopic into a trilogy :salute: First movie his childhood to '92, second movie '92-95 end it right when he gets bailed out of jail, then the last movie just be about '96 - Death Row Era

That would be hot but I don't think it would make the dough like that for Hollywood to want to do a trilogy. Tupac's life has so many layers. They should of contacted Spike Lee to do it. Make it 2 1/2 hours and get everything, childhood, Mom on Crack, moving around, going to Cali, Starting on music, the revolutionary side, going to jail, the NY shooting. I mean damn, Pac life is so deep. After I saw the Biggie movie I knew they were going to do a Pac movie and I was terrified cause these will be considered the definitive movies for both of them. When people talk about their lives they will refer to the movies. SMH. Again I just wanted an Epic Pac movie and with his life story it can be done but I don't know about this. Again I never want to judge a movie off a teaser but I didn't feel "Pac" from that actor the minute I saw him. I still think that Pac documentary did a great job, I actually went to watch it on the Big Screen:

You can never satisfy nikkas. Notorious was dope to me. Everybody besides Pac was cast good. Derek Luke had me really thinking he was Diddy. Faith was :youngsabo: Gravy did a good job. Kim was straight. D Roc was straight. shyt was good.
