Starting next week I'd like to start the following...
The Beat Club Sessions where we discuss albums are producers on a weekly basis. If this could be done by putting up a streaming link or a youtube full album link that would be great so cats ain't got to worry about downloading shyt. This will be kicked off by @doublenegative and we'll just go from there.
The Sample Theme Flip where someone chooses a sample and everybody tries to flip it. Each person will get 5 days to a week (whichever is best for everyone) but no longer than that. We'll post them all up in one thread and cats will vote on who made the best flip. I don't wanna break it down to different sample categories. Just keeping it simple for now. It might beat a video game sample, a movie sample, a soul sample, etc.. shyt is unlimited. Since my ear for samples is pretty fukking dope, I'll start that one off myself. Whoever wins the first contest gets to pick the next sample.
The Original Theme this is for all the people who don't sample or just like to create original non-sampled production. I'll just choose the first theme to give it direction ( RnB, Trap, Dance, Gothic, etc..) and whoever wins the first week gets to choose the theme for the next one. Like the sample contest you'll get 5 days to a week to come up with it and then we all post them up in a thread.
Coli Project/Artist Spotlight this is when we choose one of our own projects to promote throughout our social media networks. We'll all vote on a recent mixtape/Ep or beat album one of us did recently and everyone retweets it, likes it on facebook, reposts it on soundcloud, likes and comments on it on youtube, etc....
If we can all support each other and make these simple ideas work, we should be able to strengthen this forum an increase the traffic as well as increase our exposure making us a force to reckon with. Then we can start doing bigger projects and competitions later down the road, but at first we gotta make simple shyt work.

Exactly. We'll use the summer to do all the simple shyt and maintain steady traffic, so when the fall comes we can pop off with tourneys and bigger shyt.
I like this idea.
I think we need some type of blog or article writing to help bring some topics here. Any opinions?
