She's accusing the company of acting out a right-wing conspiracy theory that even she knows is false. The lawsuit isn't seriously written, it's obviously a political press release, not a meaningful legal document. You can't accuse us of making it political when the lawsuit was obviously political from the start:
The "FACTS" part of the lawsuit is even worse. She drones on about being a great surfer, her devotion to public service, answering the call to duty, picking up litter with her family as a child, feeding homeless families, blah blah blah most stereotypical stump speech ever.

My deep criticisms of both parties and lack of allegiance to either have been covered in other threads. My critiques of Tulsi's foreign policy and the way her allegiances will get "colored" people killed have been covered in other threads. This isn't the place for that. Only a partisan would demand that we ignore the actual issue because we want to cape for the candidate instead.
If you don't think the lawsuit matters, then ignore it. But it does matter because it cosigns a false narrative that contributes to the destruction of this country. I've already led you to water but I can't make you drink:
