I agree with the need to break up Google monopoly dominance. Just no need to speak falsehoods that play into both right-wing conspiracy theories and typical American ignorance in the process.
Now if Facebook shyts down a conservative account spreading fake news, or YouTube kills a channel inciting violence, and the "victims" claim discrimination, they'll cite Tulsi as backing their case and what can she say? Loose shot on social media is getting a lot of people killed right now, if you don't allow the gate-keepers to man the gates, then who will?

What's the falsehood? I'm sure her account was shut down. While by accident, computer glitch or malice it negatively effected her fund raising.
What does shutting down her advertising have to do with hate speech on platforms? It would be a stretch for them to link the two. Google said it was an accident what happened to her, shutting down hate speech on online platforms is on purpose. It's not the same at all.

Her #1 complaint in the lawsuit is that Google violated her First Amendment rights. That's just false, and it promotes the public ignorance regarding what the First Amendment says.
On top of that, she's echoing conservative conspiracy theories that are almost certainly false.
Here's the lawsuit in full - in full context it's a joke. It reads like a campaign statement written by a conspiracy theorist, it's not a serious legal document.

If Google captures 88% of the searches online it can effectively be a first amendment issue is what she is trying to point to. The sheer power they wield in the sector is what she is pointing out. She isn't trying to be factually correct on the first amendment point. She is using it to point to something else their monopolization of search. Like I said previously it is a publicity stunt not a serious law suit. We agree on that.
