No idea why the fukk they seemed to intentionally burn The Omni crowd. Main event (overall and at The Omni specifically ) is Nikita vs Flair and ends in a double DQ which is bad enough for the biggest show of the year to have a non finish in the main event. But also at The Omni sees the opener go to a 15 minute draw (Jimmy Garvin vs Brad Armstrong), Sam Houston vs Bill Dundee ended in a DQ, Ron Garvin vs Big Bubba street fight ended with a bullshyt finish that got bullshyt chants from the crowd, and the scaffold match is dogshyt like all scaffold matches (the worst gimmick match of all time perhaps)? 3 non finishes and 1 bullshyt finish on a 6 match card in that venue.
Meanwhile at the Greensboro Colosseum, outside of the classic ref doesn't see the heel bleeding first wakes up to see the face bleeding finish to a first blood match in Dusty/Tully which was also generally the same finish as Garvin/Boss Man but less egregiously bullshyt, all the faces went over clean in short matches and the heels got their comeuppance in each case.
