I was watching WCW back in 2000. The company was basically halfway in the toilet that year and as bad as it was, it’s was still more entertaining than WWE in 2020. WCW in 2000 was bad, but it was at least bad in a entertaining way.

The Vince/Bret beat down went on so long you ended up feeling bad for Vince and feeling Bret was taking it too far, which is surely not what you wanted as the ultimate resolution to the Montreal story. But maybe it was intentional. It really should have been half as long. No more than 10 minutes, and none of the other Harts should have been involved at all.
