HBK in 1996-1998 legit sucks outside of like 5 matches. He was a terrible, terrible top face, and as the top heel he was drugged out of his mind every week. Non stop disappointments from HBK. HBK pre-1995 and post-2002 are better than his physical prime years as a top guy.

how can they not have thunder on the network? thunder was huge back in the days
probably editing due to music rights they've been slow on adding stuff from other companies putting priority on in house stuff
Watched the 1989 Royal Rumble and Hulk Hogan in a backstage promo says he feels sorry for what he's going to do to his friend the Macho Man if it comes to them in the Royal Rumble match, says he's the real World Champion and that everyone in the world still calls him Champ. The Mega Powers are still a thing at this point too! Then in the Royal Rumble match itself after getting eliminated fairly by the Twin Towers, he drags Big Boss Man out of the ring and beats him down. When Boss Man gets back in the ring, Hogan still remains ringside and pull the top rope as Boss Man hits it thus eliminating Boss Man unfairly and then beats down Boss Man up some more. How the hell did people like him as a kid?

Rewatching Mania 31 now. Loved it at the time and it holds up. Havent finished yet, but its probably the best one this decade.
Cena vs Rusev was better than I remembered. Rusev was beating the sh1t out of Cena early on and got to showcase himself well.
Sting vs HHH didnt make a lot of sense at times but was very entertaining. HHH winning makes more sense in retrospect, with him needing to stay a strong heel to feud with younger talent, but Sting shaking his hand after H cheated still makes no sense.
