NJPW star Okada has long been linked to rumors of a possible WWE deal. Despite this, Okada, who formerly appeared in TNA, has been steadfast in his allegiance to New Japan Pro Wrestling. The move has paid off, as he looks to be the biggest star in the company for the next decade or so.

Okada isn't oblivious to the rumors, and spoke to Rolling Stone recently about why he hasn't shown any interest in joining the world's biggest wrestling promotion.

"I like doing the shows with Ring of Honor, but I don't want to leave Japan. I'm not interested in WWE at all. Many people ask me about WWE, and if I'd go to WWE in the future. They ask me if I'm going now. I will not go. I want to make New Japan Pro-Wrestling bigger. That's my future," Okada said.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that WWE was in fact interested in bringing back former WWE Superstar Carlito. The money WWE offered Carlito was reportedly so low that he decided to turn down the offer.

It’s being said that the WWE was interested in bringing Carlito in to work with Los Matadores. In real life, Carlito is the brother of Diego and the cousin of Fernando.

Top WWC Star and Current Champion Returning to WWE NXT, Will Compete at Takeover Respect and NXT TV Tapings

During a new interview with Primera Hora in Puerto Rico, WWC Universal Champion “Mr. 450″ Hammett revealed he will be returning to WWE NXT at the Takeover Respect special and the subsequent NXT TV tapings at Full Sail University.

Hammett has previously worked in NXT under the ring name Jesus De Leon, and in the past year he has lost matches to Bull Dempsey, Baron Corbin, and participated in an 8 man tag match with Jesse Sorensen, Enzo and Cass and The Hype Bros.

Hammett also revealed he hopes to land a full-time deal with NXT as opposed to working sporadic events.

Backstage reports recently have indicated that Carlito turned down a WWE offer due to the offer being too low. It’s being said that Carlito is still interested in a WWE return if the money is right. There is still talk of unmasking Los Matadores and revealing them to be the Colons.

The thing is they are hardly on tv so why would the fans know or even care that OMG there the colons
