Dunno where to post this so thought I'd throw it in here.

When was the last time the WWE title was defended on Raw and Smackdown? I miss when it would be reguarly defended on Raw/Smackdown's in the attitude era, now it seems to only happen every other year.

The last title match I remember on RAW was Cena vs. Punk before Mania.

Last year’s Mania numbers were disappointing, and there is the feeling Rock appearing for the fourth straight year isn’t going to pop numbers this time out. Unless there is a great outside attraction, the feeling right now is the only thing that can get Mania back to its previous years would be an announced Undertaker retirement and it being his final WrestleMania match, something big with Hogan or something big with Austin. At the end of the day, Hogan is going to go with whichever company offers him the best deal. Plus, Hogan would be valuable as a personality in WWE when they launch the network.

No one is gonna buy anyone beating the Undertaker at this stage...the Austin return MIGHT do something for a buyrate but in this day and age? Doubtful. Hogan won't mean anything to a WM buyrate at all in 2014.

Not at all. The guy who called Michaels matches 5 Star or anything close said his matches were the only reason anyone bought Vince's garbage product if anything compared to the trash and garbage bring ins from Taker vs Michaels I and 2.

I always hoped Cody would be ready to face Taker at WM one day just to have a nice full circle moment for Taker and the Rhodes family... He's just not quite ready for that moment yet. My dream scenerio is to see Dragon take on Taker just to give Taker a guy that can give him the best possible match but WWE would never do that. Hopefully they aren't stupid enough to give it to Ryback.

Cena vs Taker for the title is the biggest Match they could have not including Rock or Austin. it's the only one that would give the slightest bit of wonder as to if the streak was gonna end. just leak that taker was going to retire after this mania and that cena was going to end the streak(whether it's true or not) and then people would believe there was a shot. Cena too big of a mark for himself to be on that streak list tho

- Sources say WWE officials are preparing Jack Swagger for a renewed push in an attempt to take advantage of the current crisis in Washington. The idea is to have him and Zeb turn on Cesaro due to him being from "Socialist" Europe. A long world title run has not been ruled out.
