Damn, I missed the Val thread. Just gave him a 5.
As for Buff...
-Mic work/promos: 6. Once he heeled it up as Buff Bagwell, he was pretty decent.
-Personality/gimmicks: 7. Buff Bagwell was one of my favorite WCW characters for a time. Had a cool look. He was over enough that should've had a U.S. or TV title run at some point. He was never given a good solo push like I think he should have gotten. I enjoyed the dichotomy when he teamed up with Scott Norton as Vicious & Delicious. He and Big Poppa Pump complemented each other well as a duo, too. That partnership with Luger was trash though.
-Ring work (along with some of your favorite matches/feuds): 5. He was an average worker from his Marcus Alexander Bagwell days up through the Buff era. He got really lazy the last few years of WCW though. Buff Blockbuster was always a cool looking move. There are no matches that standout. He was a solid wrestler and that's about it. Nothing memorable to me. He was never really given any notable feuds.
-Overall rating (which doesn't have to be an average of the above scores): 5. Average talent with a good look and an above average personality who was able to coast in WCW, but I think under the right booking, he could've been a bigger star and probably a bit more motivated. By the time he got to the WWF, his opinion of himself was extremely inflated given how lazy he had become.
