I'll give him a 6. Pre neck injury, he was a perfectly solid to good lower to mid card guy. He was PERFECT in the cocky, borderline comedy stoogy midcard heel in the early days of the Buff persona before he got hurt. Great look, wasn't a great worker, but good enough to not shyt the bed against most people, was pretty lol. The promos with Scott Steiner when he was out hurt are top tier WCW fukkery. He was often brutally annoying in the bad way post injury, but still had a few flashes of a good angle/match from time to time. Anything post WCW is horrible on all levels.
