He's a lot like Angle and Jericho. He's a lot like Angle and Jericho. Great all around. Can play different roles convincingly, face or heel, and has no real weakness, despite not being a GOAT in any one category. Physically could work a lot of different styles too.

High 8 / low 9 from me.

I get what you're saying but Jericho and especially Angle have classics for days on their resumes

That's the one thing Booker is lacking imo

He's not a 10. 10 is perfection, top of the line, elite in-ring performer and or larger than life superstar in the history of the business.

Book is not that, love him but he's not that.

He's a solid 8. Great performer in ring, very good on the mic and got progressively better, and King Booker is one of the most entertaining characters of all time.

8.

7. Been around a long time. It took Benoit to finally get him noticed as a singles guy. Got hotshotted a bunch of WCW titles in a hilarious time frame. Good on the mic. King Booker and Goldust runs were funny. Very good tag run. But sometimes it seems he has no backbone and he has no matches I ever go back to watch. The way they had him acting in WCW in 2000 was scandalous and as bad as Carmella with the Iggy ripoff stuff.

Gave him an 8. I think I gave Rick Rude and Rey Mysterio 9's. Booker T is better than Rick Rude all things considered, but parroting what others have said, he doesn't have many classic matches you want to watch again. That's no slight against him because he never made a match worse.

Great on the mic, got over a lot of different ways with a handful of different gimmicks and iterations. Legendary theme music, one of the GOAT Tag Teams of the 90's and possibly all time. He was a great seller and old school in the way that he always got the other guys over too. Cool move set and always kept the fans involved in his matches and characters. fukk it, I'm gonna change it to a 9. I think he is the greatest black wrestler of all time and that is worth something in the fukked up world of wrestling.

My GOAT always had love for Booker T. Going with 9

This speaks to my earlier point that we never really got to see Booker work very often with the top tier in ring talent. They'd have a match here and there but not many long term feuds. I think the only truly great workers he feuded with for extended periods were Benoit and Angle during the brand splint.

A strong 8 by me. It was truly a shame that Booker didn't become WWE champion (yeahhh I know dude was World Heavyweight champion). His charisma was top notch, his promos were satisfying, and his matches were average to pretty good (Booker/Benoit best of 7). Dude held the WCW on his back during the final years of the promotion, only to get shyt on in the WWE for a few years. Hell, every crappy gimmick and storyline they threw at Booker, he ended up turning into gold. Booker/Goldust, King Bookah, and even his commentary was all greatness.

Bottom line, Booker T should be mentioned with the GOATs when wrestling is discussed.

Overall great wrestler. I can't knock him at anything really. If anything, he doesn't really have that one match that we all remember for how good the match was and not how it was booked (no pun intended).

Top five WCW wrestler.

Woulda gave him a 10 but I can't get over him stealing the rocks gimmick before wcw folded. Also mas he never did a shoot interview talking about the triple k situation...

So a 8+1 bonus bhm point...9

Blame WCW for throwing him in shades, slacks, and dress shirts and having him be faux-Rock when simply being himself is what got him to the top of WCW in the first place
