I made it a point to bring up those other wrestlers because it's laughable to even think that dlo brown was getting any where near the rock and Austin level of pops. He wasn't even out popping a lot of the other wrestlers on the roster at the time.

they didn't reach popularity until 2000, in 99 they weren't getting a reaction unless they were flying or falling off of something. Go look up YT comments on D-Lo and you'll see i'm not the only one who thinks he was a superstar in the making.

1998 D'Lo was getting big reactions. Not sure which PPV it was, but D'Lo vs Val Venis had D'Lo getting all kind of heat. A whole bunch of midcarders had the time were getting huge reactions, and D'Lo was getting some of the biggest from them.

I liked Dlo but all he had going for him was the work in the nation and his solo run initially. Even if those two were decent offerings nothing else he had brings him up past a 7.
