Bret is one of the biggest reasons I love wrestling. He was my favorite growing up. It wasn't Hogan. It wasn't Flair. It wasn't Sting. It was Bret.

He gave so many great wrestlers arguably their best matches. Austin, Michaels, Bulldog, Owen, Bam Bam, Undertaker, X-Pac/Sean Waltman, Mr. Perfect, Hakushi/Jinsei Shinzaki and Benoit. He never hurt anyone in the ring, and the only times he got hurt is when he had to carry lesser wrestlers. He is the Excellence of Execution.

Probably the only wrestler i'll still occasionally go out of my way to watch videos of his old matches. Best in ring performer i'v seen in my lifetime, carried countless subpar talented wrestlers to respectable matches, put over future stars like HBK and Austin like no one else could have, and elevated his whole crew to heights they never would've reached without the Hart Foundation association.

Not to mention he's one of the few wrestlers from his era who hasn't turned out to be a complete scumbag.

Easy 10 for the GOAT :salute:
