A third consecutive Democratic president set aside billions in payouts for Black farmers (Clinton in 1999, Obama in 2010, Biden in 2021 and 2022).

Republicans blocked the 2021 money in the courts (before the Democrats pulled the 2022 work-around), and the current Republican VP candidate is calling the payouts "disgraceful" and "racist".

When the racism of the Republican action is pointed out, you run in to scream, "Both sides though!"

Are you seriously asking what will be accomplished by acknowledging both wings of the US government are anti-black? Reread the Malcom quote and study his Ballot or The Bullet speech.

The federal government decided to hand the keys of financing of the USDA to local boards knowing full well the end result would be disparate funding along racial lines even though it was federal money being distributed. That was a bipartisan effort over time to go out of the way to have racist non federal government entities decide who federal government funds would be allocated to. This resulted to massive loss of black farmland. Black farmers went from owning 14% of the farmland here to only about 1 in 100 of farmers being black. It wasn’t minorities who lost all that land it was BA’s but everyone else benefited from these black farmers fighting for justice. That’s the status quo, black people fight injustices and everyone on the sidelines benefits effectively making sure that the black wealth gap is never closed and a social/political barrier is never breached.

If the dems weren’t anti-black themselves and want to secure the black vote, seeing how federal courts were blocking the payout every step of the way then there needs to be and should have already been legislation specifically for its base to prevent injustices like this to continue.
