Don't include me in this silliness.

Dude is a militant who supposedly builds his entire politics on "tangibles" and "laws specifically for black people." But when Democrats deliver tangibles and Republicans first block and then denounce it, that's just "silliness" he don't wanna talk about.

What more proof do you need that 99%of these clowns talking the most militant about "tangibles" are just overcompensating Trump supporters weaponizing black pain for their own political agendas.

How much more proof do you need that 99% of people talking about "both sides" suck Republican dikk, even when they are standing against their coveted "tangibles."

This is all RBG fault with the courts and Hillary was robbed.

At any given time they can literally put who they want in office, so I'm not sure we can even count on blue Presidents.

We shall see with Kamala D. Harris tho.

However I'm not even sure if Dems have our best interests in heart, just diet Republicans if you ask me

Did you forget what tis thread is about? "Diet Republicans" ain't gonna get billions for black farmers specifically.

:dead: oh he don't wanna argue now

nikka only cares about "tangibles" when it can be hysterically weaponized against Democrats.

But when he gets it, and Republicans do what we all expect them to do, suddenly he's checked iut, don't care, don't even wanna talk about tangibles no more.

:dead:

These black Trump supporters got to be the most bytch ass cowardly set of "men" in history. They hate black people.

Crazy part is the the right could have way more black people on their side but they just can’t help being racist. Republican’s would rather crash the plane then have black people fly it. Even if it means everyone gets hurt.

They could. But that would alienate a large chunk of their base and they'd run the risk of being called "too woke" and "DEI" or whatever new buzzword they come up with.

Defending constructed hierarchies of society and defending a majority population considered the "true citizens" and the true identity of a nation as opposed to foreigners isn't a defect of right wing politics it is a function.

Why yall think "FBA" hates liberals and trying so hard to share that nationalistic "true citizen" status with whites. (And no, you ain't no better than Latino immigrants in their mind if not worse)

It's not a coincidence that every right wing party or movement in the world is all the same. Power straight to elites, denigration of the poor, dehumanization of immigrants and minorities. That is right wing politics anywhere you go in the world. It will never stop being racist by merit of its very core philosophy.

Can't believe we still got dudes holding out on hope of Republicans and right wing movements loving black people and standing for black causes. Some folks waited until the funniest time to start looking up to Republicans. Waited until the Republicans went mask off with the biggest white nationalist movement possibly in US history to question why we gotta be Democrats. Lol

Are you seriously asking what will be accomplished by acknowledging both wings of the US government are anti-black?

Yes. When the Democrats are giving billions to Black farmers while the Republicans are blocking the money and calling it racist, what do you hope to accomplish by running in and yelling, "But both parties are racist!" In this context, in this conversation, what are you getting done?

It wasn’t minorities who lost all that land it was BA’s but everyone else benefited from these black farmers fighting for justice. That’s the status quo, black people fight injustices and everyone on the sidelines benefits effectively making sure that the black wealth gap is never closed and a social/political barrier is never breached.

WTF are you talking about? The first Black farmer settlement (under Clinton) went solely to Black farmers. The second Black farmer settlement (under Obama) went solely to Black farmers. The 3rd Black farmer settlement (under Biden) went solely to farmers who HAD BEEN DENIED LOANS DUE TO DISCRIMINATION, after Republicans blocked the original race-based funding.

How could you claim people got money who hadn't been impacted by discrimination, if the money was only given to those who could prove they had been impacted by discrimination?

If the dems weren’t anti-black themselves and want to secure the black vote, seeing how federal courts were blocking the payout every step of the way then there needs to be and should have already been legislation specifically for its base to prevent injustices like this to continue.

The federal courts were blocking it based on Constitutional claims about race-based discrimination. So "legislation for its base" wouldn't stop that, the only thing that could prevent that is either Democratic control of the courts or a Constitutional Amendment.

What the Democrats did do is work to fundamentally change the USDA so that injustices like that would be addressed, which I pointed out the first time I wrote about this 5 years ago:

A movement initiated by one man, fighting against a broken and racist system that nearly caused him to lose his land, ended up with the reorganization of the USDA, the settlement of hundreds of discrimination cases, easier access to USDA programs going forward, the passing of laws that made it easier for poor farmers to hold onto their land, and two and a quarter billion dollars in reparations for Black farmers. You can never say that any form of racism/discrimination has "ended", but John's work made the relationship between Black farmers and the USDA fundamentally different than when it started. He achieved true change.

And it only took 20 years of fighting for what was theirs.

That's an American hero right there. :whew:

For some reason, you want to ignore that actual progress that an actual activist made so you can just get your "both sides!" on.

:snoop:

You missing the whole point and you just venting now

:pachaha:
Well you state your opinion and leave it at that.

The problem I have in this selection is everyone acting like this selection matters more than any previous selection. I told the nikka @ORDER_66 to vote his conscience It's weird to think someone is gonna change their basic political philosophy based on a few posts from some anonymous source on the Coli.

I haven't heard one Coli MAGAt say they're voting for Trump because they think he's the better candidate.

Frankly despite the polls *which still is in the margin of error* In which Trump still is slightly favored I kinda can't see all those *white* voters who rejected him last time pulling the lever for him now.

Maybe if shyt was super fukked up but usually incumbents win Kamala is essentially the incumbent good or bad.

Who said I’m ignoring the actual progress of the actual activist? I stand behind their fights for justice, I’m simply not falling for the banana in the tail pipe on who is putting the roadblocks in the way of their justice claims both overt and covert means.
