It's possible with a friendly SCOTUS reversing its longstanding interpretation of the 14th Amendment. He has one and they have been happy to upend longstanding precedent. It might not apply retroactively, making current citizens safe, but could prospectively deny birthright citizenship to individuals born to non-citizen parents after the ruling.

Nope. I really think #BothSides are content with flooding the tech market with underqualified cheap labor and building up these Asian country's middle class with jobs that should go to us and was just making Indian jokes.

I think all these layoffs in tech could have absolutely been controlled by ending the H1B program over a decade ago but #BothSides seem hellbent on making our lives harder at the expense of enriching their corporate overloads.
